The 3rd HVAC World Student Competition was held between the 26th-29th of May at the CLIMA Congress 2019, Bucharest, Romania. In this competition, Ms. Fu Yijun, under the supervision of Associate Professor Lyu Jing, in representation of CCHVAC, and a German student (REHVA), a Canadian student (ASHRAE), a Japanese student (SHASE) and a Korean student(SAREK) participated in the final competition. The award finally went out to Yijun Fu from our department, who received a first-place prize for this topic: Research on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Carbon Dioxide in Microchannel. Her outstanding work, together with excellent speeches, accurate answers, high-quality papers and poster presentations impressed the judges panel. German students won the second place, and Canadian students won the third place.
